As part of EPOS’ strategic expansion into the Malaysian market, we are growing our Sales team and are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and drive business growth across the market. This role plays a key part in building a high-performing sales culture while helping SMEs accelerate their digital transformation journey through EPOS’ innovative POS solutions.

About the Role:
- Lead, manage, and coach the field sales team to achieve merchant acquisition and sales targets in the Malaysia market.
- Drive the full sales process including prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, merchant activation, and ensuring CRM updates are completed accurately.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, prepare sales reports, and manage team productivity through data-driven performance tracking.
- Recruit, develop, and build a high-performing sales team through on-ground coaching, shadowing, and performance management.
- Oversee outbound and inbound lead management, improve lead conversion rates, and organize sales campaigns or challenges to accelerate sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Product, Marketing, and AI teams to support sales strategies, while ensuring accurate merchant data verification in HubSpot for reporting and commission purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, field sales management, or business development.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, SaaS, fintech, POS, or SME acquisition, with proven team management experience.
- Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Experience managing KPI-driven sales environments and CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
