The role
This is a commercially driven sales management role with strong technical interface responsibilities. Working directly under Enetek, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing key accounts, and expanding sales for PIXII BESS and Enetek’ s product offerings across Singapore and the broader regional market.
You will act as the key commercial bridge between prospective customers, Enetek’s internal engineering and technical teams, and PIXII product specialists to deliver tailored, high-performance energy solutions.

Founded in Norway in 2018, Pixii has deployed more than 5,500 systems across Europe, Australia and other international markets. The company combines expertise in power electronics, software, and energy management to deliver scalable solutions for utilities, EV charging, commercial and industrial customers, and other energy-intensive applications
You will
1. Business Development & Pipeline Expansion
- Identify, target, and qualify new commercial opportunities across targeted sectors including utilities, DSOs/DNSPs, C&I accounts, data centers, telecommunications, and EV charging infrastructure.
- Lead sales efforts end-to-end—from initial engagement and solution qualification through to contract negotiations and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and market entry roadmaps to expand market penetration in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
2. Account & Relationship Management
- Build, grow, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, prospective clients, EPCs, and industry partners.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact between regional clients, Enetek management, and PIXII counterparts.
- Understand unique customer pain points and energy demand to deliver tailored solutions and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
3. Technical Solution Sales & Collaboration
- Work closely with Enetek’s technical/engineering teams and PIXII product teams to design modular BESS configurations, addressing grid constraint and energy management challenges.
- Offer expert technical advice on battery storage technologies, peak shaving, microgrids, EV charging, and grid flexibility solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, formal bids, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
4. Sales Operations, Insights & Strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, and sales forecasts; provide regular updates on sales progress, achievements, and market challenges to management.
- Monitor energy market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments across Southeast Asia. Feed structured insights back to internal teams to influence business strategy.
- Represent Enetek and PIXII at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to foster brand presence and strategic partnerships.

You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in technical sales, key account management, or business development within the energy sector.
- Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power electronics, grid technology, EV charging infrastructure, or industrial power solutions.
- Prior experience engaging with utilities, DSOs, EPCs, data centers, telecom operators, or industrial/commercial clients in Southeast Asia.
- Proven ability to manage complex hardware/software solution sales and hit commercial sales targets.
You are also
- Adept at balancing strong commercial acumen with the ability to comfortably navigate technical and engineering concepts.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the confidence to pitch effectively to technical engineers and C-level executives alike. (Proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus).
- Analytical by nature, with proven consultative selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while remaining a strong team player.
- Willing and ready to travel across Singapore and the regional market as needed.

Skills Required
