Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a high-performing sales organization across Central America, product line, market segment and portfolio of strategic accounts and Distributors. With over 5 years of experience in directive positions in Central America or other international regions, the role requires proven expertise in developing both internal and external sales forces, ensuring execution of complex strategies within a matrix environment, and translating them into clear, actionable tactics.
What You Will DoLead, structure, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness, fostering continuous improvement in people and performance.
Coach team members on advanced sales techniques, procedures, and standards to consistently exceed targets.
Translate global and local business strategies into tailored sales plans, activities, and campaigns, ensuring flawless execution in assigned geographies, channels, and customer segments.
Prepare and oversee sales forecasts and budgets; monitor revenues, costs, and profitability against targets, identifying opportunities and risks to adapt strategies proactively.
Allocate resources strategically based on customer segmentation to maximize overall team performance.
Negotiate with key customers of strategic importance, strengthening long-term partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
Contribute to the development of integrated commercial strategies across sales, marketing, customer retention, pricing, and distribution.
Generate and distribute market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform executive decision-making.
Actively participate in organizational leadership discussions, ensuring sales perspectives are embedded in overall business decisions.
7-10+ yrs experience in similar positions as Manager (b2b)
Proven track record in building and managing internal and external sales forces.
Min bachelor's degree, MBA will be a plus.
