Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve target & business KPIs
Sales Management
Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staffs
Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized
Motivate, guide and coach sales staff
Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns
Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
Compliance
Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
Oversight on code of ethics of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities
Staff Management
Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance
Customer Service Management
Anticipates customers' needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder
Basic understanding of sales operation and banking products
Experience in sales management and leading sales team
