As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with current and prospective clients to deliver personalized, market-leading technology solutions supported by proven sales methodologies—with room to bring your own approach.

Seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales professionals, coach talent, drive consultative sales.

• Drive cross-sell opportunities across software, SaaS, hardware, and services
• Use data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and improve processes
• Partner across departments to ensure aligned, effective execution
• Communicate clearly during change and help maintain team engagement
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team

• 5+ years managing successful outside sales teams
• Experience with consultative selling
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Compensation package includes base (listed) + commissions
