As a Sales Manager – Paints & Coatings Brazil, you will play a vital role in driving business growth within the Brazilian market. You will contribute by developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, while strengthening customer partnerships and expanding market presence. You will help shape market strategy, unlock new business opportunities, and deliver impactful commercial results in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Brazilian Paints & Coatings market

  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers while expanding the customer base and gaining market share

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to position Arxada for success

  • Lead commercial activities including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market positioning

  • Monitor sales performance, manage pipeline health, and deliver accurate forecasts and reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to drive aligned business outcomes

  • Champion customer-centric initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales or commercial roles within the Paints & Coatings or related chemical industry

  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing key customer relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in a competitive market

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence diverse stakeholders

  • Degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
