As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by identifying and winning material handling projects within our core competency.
The Sales Manager collaborates closely with clients and our team of concept engineers to develop optimal solutions for client challenges. You will be involved in various projects, working alongside our Solution Development team and customers to gather project information, propose solutions, estimate return on investment, and support informed decisions regarding investments in the right solutions.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update market and offering analysis.

Create and execute sales actions, including targeted prospecting through direct contact, mailings, trade shows, and networking.

Implement publicity campaigns.

Analyze customer inquiries and assess their alignment with Dematic’s competencies.

Determine whether Dematic can provide added value and a competitive advantage.

Collaborate with system engineers to decide on creating quotations.

Translate customer inquiries into logistical concepts and professional quotations.

Ensure quotations adhere to legal, administrative, financial, and technical guidelines.

Establish and maintain new customer contacts.

Persuade and build strong relationships with customers.

Engage with potential new partners.

Investigate partner competencies (technical, financial, operational, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Master’s degree in electro mechanics, information technology, commercial sciences, or equivalent experience.

5 years of proven experience in independent sales of industrial applications.

Knowledge/experience in marketing is a plus.

Strong general technical knowledge.

Familiarity with technical and logistic concepts.

Understanding of marketing and sales strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows & Office.

Experience using CRM databases.
