Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and convert new enterprise customers across banks, fintechs, government institutions, and large corporates within Uttar Pradesh.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through regular client engagement and market outreach.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations at customer locations.
Drive sales of solutions including payment cards, NFC/QR products, biometric card solutions, instant issuance systems, secure ID solutions, and logistics fulfilment services.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and lead contract negotiations.
Maintain CRM with accurate updates on opportunities and forecasts.
Travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh to develop and strengthen customer relationships.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, delivery) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Must-Haves :
B2B sales experience is a MUST
Experience in selling to Banks, Cooperative societies(any products & services)
Proven track record in technology, payment systems, secure products, or manufacturing solutions sales
Strong network and understanding of enterprise customers within Uttar Pradesh
Experience in managing client relationships through direct, in-person engagement
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory

This role will involve a lot of travelling across the state to meet clients.
