 Job Description:

    • This is an hybrid role: (3) in-office work days and (1) work from home day, and open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.


The New Business Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team or personally driving the acquisition of new clients or customers for the company. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and close deals. The Sales Manager works closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.


What you'll be doing:

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities. This may involve market analysis, identifying target demographics, and understanding industry trends.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales representatives to improve their performance in acquiring new business. Set sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales targets and track progress towards meeting them. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections for management review.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
