ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across key countries in the Middle East region by developing strategic partnerships and closing complex enterprise and government deals.

Main missions:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy across assigned countries.

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with government entities, partners, and enterprise clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure.

  • Structure and negotiate strategic commercial agreements.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.

  • Represent the company in high-level engagements with partners, customers, and government stakeholders.

  • Achieve revenue targets and support regional business growth.

ABOUT YOU

You are/have:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Middle East market and its political and cultural environment.

  • Strong network of partners and government contacts across the region.

  • Proven track record of closing complex deals.

  • Experience selling to government or large enterprise organizations.

  • Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision environments.

  • 10+ years of sales experience within the region.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
