As Sales Manager Lifecycle Services Europe, you report to the Senior Director Europe and are a key member of the European Lifecycle Services leadership team. You are responsible for driving profitable growth across Europe through commercial leadership, strategic execution, and collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth of the Lifecycle Services business across Europe.
- Deliver annual sales targets and expand service, upgrade, modernization, and aftermarket opportunities.
- Develop and execute commercial growth strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Ensure strong opportunity management, forecast accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Drive commercial excellence, standardization, and performance improvements across the region.
- Collaborate with regional, global, and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and go-to-market execution.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The total compensation range for this role is 73.500 to 136.500 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
For roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the applicable salary range and pay structure are set by that agreement, including how pay levels and progression are defined (Contratto Commercio - Manageritalia).
