Job DescriptionAre you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver exceptional results? Join our team as Sales Manager – Leisure & MICE, where you’ll play a key role in positioning our hotels as preferred destinations for both leisure and business travellers.
Your scope includes:
Proactively promoting the regions brands across local, domestic, and international markets.
Securing new business and managing existing key accounts to maximise revenue potential.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and event organisers.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Representing the company at trade shows, travel functions, roadshows, and sales trips.
Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.

About You
You are an energetic and proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You have a proven track record in hotel sales—particularly in the Leisure and MICE segments—and possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
Over 5 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Leisure and/or MICE markets.
Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at industry events.

Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
