Job Description

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver exceptional results? Join our team as Sales Manager – Leisure & MICE, where you’ll play a key role in positioning our hotels as preferred destinations for both leisure and business travellers.

Your scope includes:

  • Proactively promoting the regions brands across local, domestic, and international markets.

  • Securing new business and managing existing key accounts to maximise revenue potential.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and event organisers.

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Representing the company at trade shows, travel functions, roadshows, and sales trips.

  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.

About You

You are an energetic and proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You have a proven track record in hotel sales—particularly in the Leisure and MICE segments—and possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Leisure and/or MICE markets.

  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

  • Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
• Pro-active, self motivated, loves challenges
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
