Constructor for Schools is one of our solutions that support children with learning difficulties (Dyslexia and Dyscalculia) to master literacy, orthography, and mathematics skills. We are looking for a motivated and independent Sales leader with experience selling SaaS and deep working knowledge of the K-12 industry to drive the growth of our products in the DACH region and internationally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall sales forecasting, and pipeline management for Constructor for Schools products
  • Develop and drive effective sales strategies for our Schools products in the DACH region (as the primary focus) and internationally
  • Develop and drive customer success strategies that foster active, positive customer relationships and engage in upselling/cross-selling of our Schools products
  • Support the Strategic Partnership team in fostering a better understanding of the K-12 market and contribute to improving partner relationships and outcomes
  • Lead a 4-member sales team: Drive the team in building, managing, and closing their sales pipeline through training and mentoring, effective delegation of tasks, and promoting a healthy work environment that fosters high motivation in the team
  • Identify and work with other supporting teams in automating sales processes where further efficiency can be achieved
  • Collaborate with other teams in Constructor such as Marketing and Product to help improve our product offerings and user experiences/outcomes
  • Prepare sales reports and conduct presentations to senior management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is preferable
  • 5+ years experience in Software (SaaS) sales; preferably B2B
  • 3+ years experience as a Sales Lead/Team Manager
  • Experience in the K-12 education industry (i.e. primary/elementary to secondary schools)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a native German speaker and fluent in English
  • You are proactive, flexible, and have the ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing environments while also adopting a growth mindset
  • You are self-motivated, act independently, a strong collaborator, and are comfortable with ambiguity
