About this role:
- Generate a pipeline of sales opportunities by working closely with Salesforce Japan as well as through the successful candidate's professional network.
- Manage opportunities from lead qualification through presales to closing and kick-off.
- Must be able to sell on value to ensure services are sold to qualified customers, meet margin targets, and professionally align customers' business objectives and expectations with OSF's strengths and capabilities.
- Work closely with the Country Manager of Japan and other Sales team members as well as Delivery Center collaborators in a professional manner and as a team contributor.
RequirementsCompetencies
- Able to comprehend extensive RFPs and form a bidding strategy to guide the collaborators including Salesforce and Delivery Center personnel to effectively and efficiently put together proposals to successfully close deals for OSF.
- Experience with Salesforce products (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft, etc.) preferred; if not, experience with competing services such as SAP, Adobe, Shopify also acceptable
- Self-starter who can set goals and actions to achieve results efficiently and effectively
- Able to work well under pressure of deadlines, sometimes concurrently, without getting sloppy
- B2B Sales; able to present to senior managers
- Experience in selling SaaS implementation services preferred
- Able to speak clearly and to the point while actively listening
- Must be articulate in Business Japanese and understand Japanese business protocols
- Business level English communication is preferred but not a must; it is acceptable for the successful candidate not to be fluent in English but must be willing to communicate in English and create CRM records in English
