Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Industrial Enzyme) to join our expanding team in India. This remote role will focus on driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing distribution channels within the industrial enzyme sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Channel Management: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in grain processing industry, leveraging strong channel and customer partnerships.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and application research to drive product trials, problem-solving and support marketing in relevant branding activities.
- Market Intelligence: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in industrial enzymes to contribute to business growth plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Background: have experience in specialty chemicals or ingredients; prior exposure to enzymes is a significant added advantage.
- Skills: Proven expertise in key account management and channel development. Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the grain processing industry is an added advantage.
- Education & Technical Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree,A technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, to support technical discussions with clients.
- Cultural Fit: Strong teamwork spirit, ambitious mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential, with demonstrated leadership potential.
- Open to frequent travelling up to 50%.
