Responsibilities
  • Achieve the sales revenue and profit targets of Kemin Indonesia every fiscal year. This generally means exceeding an annual rate of growth of 15-20%.
  • Develop and implement an annual account plan for sales in Indonesia.
  • Provide technical presentation to customers.
  • Support Kemin’s distributors, including technical and product training.
  • Manage account pricing in accordance to directions set by the VP Sales.
  • Execute the Kemin’s strategic plans as if relates to the assigned territory.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or Veterinary degree with 3–5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the aquaculture or livestock industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and key decision-makers.
  • Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining focus.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and persistent approach.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, developing and selling value-added solutions using sound technical and commercial judgment.

Skills Required
