What You Will Do:
Drive growth of distributors, installers, and key accounts across Iberia.
Develop and execute business growth plans and market strategies.
Coordinate customer trainings, marketing programs, and product introductions (NPI).
Conduct customer visits and report all activities in Caesar CRM.
Monitor market trends and take proactive actions to stay ahead.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in distribution channel management
Experience in Industrial or High Purity Gas Control & Installation markets, with proven target achievements.
University degree
Skills: Build trustful relationships, negotiate effectively, collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Technical Knowledge: Gas control distribution networks and devices.
Language: Local language + fluent in English.
Mobility: Frequent travel; valid driving license.
Soft Skills: Communication, time management, network building, empathy, critical thinking, proactivity, self-awareness.
