What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals every day.
- Desk deals while maximizing front-end gross and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Work side-by-side with your salespeople to help close deals.
- Hold the team accountable to phone calls, appointments, follow-up, and sales process.
- Monitor CRM activity and ensure every customer receives world-class communication.
- Recruit, interview, and develop future top performers.
- Build a culture centered around urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications- Must have a strong background in automotive sales
- 5 years minimum sales experience required
- Steady work and performance history
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
Automotive Sales Manager - Education and/or Experience
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
