We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.
The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.
Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!
The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept

What you’ll do…
- Working closely with our Director of Sales & Marketing, you will actively win over new business and manage key relationships while working towards segment revenue goals and KPIs.
- Responsible for driving corporate room nights into The Hoxton Edinburgh from both global and local accounts in line with the hotel’s strategies and budgets.
- Generate new business through market research and liaising closely with Accor and The Hoxton global sales team.
- We’ll look to you to build up account management plans, making sure you’re “in the know” on the latest market news and competitor insights too.
- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts.
- Responsible for ensuring reports are utilised to review market penetration, grow market share from account base and look for new business opportunities.
- Ensure rate loading accuracy across account base and that rates are loaded and bookable by given deadlines.
- Organise show rounds, HOX sleepovers, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations to maximise The Hoxton’s exposure amongst key decision makers.
- Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.

- Someone with high energy, ready to represent The Hoxton brand at industry networking events and sales calls & trips.
Skills Required
- Minimum 2+ years proven experience in proactive sales and key account management in the hotel industry
- Proven ability to win new business and manage key relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
- High energy and ability to represent the brand at networking events, sales calls and trips
