Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager representing the esteemed brands of Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Aston Martin, you will lead our high-performance sales team, driving profitability, exceptional customer experiences, and brand loyalty. This role requires a proactive approach to sales management, integrating relational selling and daily engagement with our CRM to enhance customer retention, streamline operations, and maximize sales potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of luxury vehicle sales professionals, setting high standards for customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance.
- Foster a culture of excellence aligned with the luxury image and values of Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Aston Martin.
- Provide regular performance feedback and sales training, focusing on up-to-date product knowledge, consultative sales techniques, and customer-focused relational selling.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Utilize our CRM daily to manage the customer database, track lead conversions, and drive personalized follow-ups to enhance customer experiences and retention.
- Analyze CRM data to identify sales trends, potential leads, and opportunities for improvement within the sales team.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy by coaching sales team members on best practices for data entry and lead management.
Sales Process Optimization
- Apply our track system and strategies to maximize profitability across the sales cycle, with an emphasis on gross profit, customer satisfaction, and brand image.
- Develop sales strategies that align with ultra-luxury methodologies to achieve sales targets, manage inventory effectively, and meet monthly goals.
- Implement efficient processes for customer interactions, negotiations, and follow-up, ensuring a seamless ultra-luxury purchasing experience.
Customer Experience Management
- Uphold and exemplify the exceptional customer experience standards associated with luxury brands.
- Ensure the dealership's showroom and service areas reflect a premium atmosphere and are consistently engaging for prospective clients.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and reinforcing brand loyalty.
Inventory & Market Analysis
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and other department heads to optimize inventory levels, analyzing market demand, and aligning stock with customer preferences.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to ensure the dealership remains competitive in the ultra-luxury segment.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Generate and deliver regular reports on sales performance, CRM usage, lead conversions, and customer feedback.
- Monitor KPIs set monthly and align team performance to exceed targets, analyzing data insights to make informed adjustments to sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the luxury automotive sector, preferably with brands like Rolls-Royce, Bentley, or Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Pagani.
- Proven experience with OEM CRM practices and dealership CRM tools.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of motivating and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to cultivate and maintain high-end client relationships.
