Senior Sales Manager – DACH (m/w/d) | Make a Difference at Blacklane

Deine Mission

• Als Senior Sales Manager bist Du die treibende Kraft für unser Wachstum in der DACH-Region (Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz). Du entwickelst unseren bestehenden Kundenstamm weiter und gewinnst gleichzeitig neue B2B-Accounts.
• Diese Rolle verlangt strategisches Denken und hands-on Umsetzung. Wenn Du in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld aufblühst und Europas größten Markt aktiv mitgestalten willst, ist das Deine Chance.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst unseren bestehenden B2B-Kundenstamm gezielt weiter.
• Du erschließt neue B2B-Kunden und baust eine verlässliche Sales-Pipeline auf.
• Du erstellst überzeugende Angebote und Präsentationen, die Blacklanes Value Proposition klar auf den Punkt bringen.
• Du leitest RFP-/RFI-Prozesse und steuerst komplexe Ausschreibungen bis zum Abschluss.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Product und Operations zusammen, um nachhaltigen Kundenerfolg sicherzustellen.
• Du repräsentierst Blacklane auf Branchen-Events und Messen und generierst dabei neue Leads.
• Du teilst Dein Know-how, Kundenfeedback und Wettbewerbsinformationen, um unsere Sales-Strategie kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Über Dich

• Du hast 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in B2B Sales oder Account Management, idealerweise in Travel, Mobility oder Hospitality.
• Du fühlst Dich sowohl im New Business Development (Hunting) als auch im Ausbau bestehender Kunden zuhause.
• Du bist stark im Pipeline-Management, in Verhandlungen und im Closing.
• Du arbeitest proaktiv, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert.
• Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend, baust schnell neue Beziehungen auf und agierst souverän mit Senior Stakeholdern.
• Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch; eine weitere europäische Sprache ist ein Plus.
• Du bist in Berlin ansässig und bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb der DACH- und EU-Region zu reisen.

Diese Rolle bietet eine Gehaltsspanne von €60,000 – €90,000 sowie einen ungedeckelten, leistungsbezogenen Bonus, der Deine Erfolge in der Neukundenakquise und im Ausbau bestehender Kunden honoriert. Zusätzlich wirst Du über unser VSOP-Programm direkt an Blacklane und unserer gemeinsamen Zukunft beteiligt.
