Quirk Auto is excited to announce that we currently have an opening as a Sales Manager / General Sales Manager. The Automobile Sales manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers, and closes the sale.

Job Description:

  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services
  • Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
  • Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals
  • Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles
  • Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Automotive Sales (2 years required)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers
  • Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Benefits offered: 
Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide you with Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost to you. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost. 
Paid sick time after 90 days and vacation after 1 year
