You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Presenting sales performance, including revenue generation and achievement of sales targets within the SME segment;
- Reporting and analysing customer metrics such as acquisition rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores;
- Providing updates on the progress of contract negotiations with SME clients, highlighting key terms and outcomes;
- Reporting on market trends and competitor activities that impact SME client relationships and business strategies;
- Reporting and resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention;
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts related to SME client acquisition and retention strategies;
- Reporting on innovative solutions and recommending strategies to enhance SME client engagement and profitability.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent;
- +3 years of experience working for a trading company;
- Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Flexibility and Adaptability, Relationship Building;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel).
