As the Sales Manager - Existing Accounts for Tekla Structures in Thailand, you will be working with our customers to ensure their ongoing success and win business. You will liaise closely with existing customers and key account customers in the region, work to achieve sales targets, present Tekla Structures to prospects and manage a growing portfolio.
Your job will include you using your BIM (building information modelling) knowledge to understand our customer’s needs and pitch our products as suitable solutions for their project design, planning, and execution. Specific areas of focus will be maintaining and developing the Steel, Concrete and A&D segment business, increasing our footprint in Thailand to improve market share and sales revenue, and identifying and developing relationships with industry influencers to create mindshare and generate demand for Tekla Solutions.
What You Will Do:

Achieve sales quotas and action the strategic initiatives assigned to you

Design and execute demand and lead-generation initiatives to build a healthy sales funnel

Manage and control sales processes to achieve a predictable pipeline from prospecting, qualifying, management, and sales closure

Focus on upsell to existing customers and key accounts to expand business. Seek opportunities to cross sale for products in CES (Construction Engineering Solutions) group

Manage and maintain good customer relationships and service to attain excellent customer satisfaction

Develop and execute the annual Business plan and Strategic initiatives to grow business.

Responsible for pre-sale discussions and/or demonstration of Tekla Structures to your customers

Should be fluent (Verbal/Written/Reading) in Thai and be proficient in business level English
Information About Your Location
Primarily supporting our customers in Thailand, you will be based in our Trimble office in Bangkok, along with the rest of our Thai team (currently around 25 people). Regular travel involves meeting with your local customers mainly in Bangkok and sometimes to other provinces i.e. Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Rayong, Ayutthaya and you should therefore hold a driver's license and own your own vehicle.
