Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing Europe team in Vilnius, Lithuania, to work with the TeltoCharge devices portfolio.

Teltonika’s EV charging business unit develops smart and customisable electric vehicle charging solutions, enabling more efficient and sustainable driving. As charging needs evolve, Teltonika will continue providing the infrastructure and expertise needed for successful electric mobility adoption.

In this role you will:
  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of our solutions.
  • Accurately manage accounts, leads, contacts, and sales opportunities in the CRM in line with best practices.
  • Travel internationally to represent Teltonika EV Charging at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with the technical support and product specialists to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
 What we expect of you:
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish would be considered an advantage.
  • You have proven experience in sales, ideally in export or B2B environments, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • You have excellent listening and communication skills.
  • You are organized and motivated to grow and succeed.
  • Experience selling EV charging stations or related products would be considered an advantage.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 13 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2080 Eur—2980 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

This role includes performance-based bonuses, giving you the opportunity to increase your total earnings to 2-3 times your base salary, depending on your performance and proactivity.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
