As a Sales Manager - Enterprise Sales, you will drive new logo acquisition of global enterprise merchants expanding into APAC, with a primary focus on regional HQs in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing multinational clients through cross-sell and upsell of Fiserv’s expanding capabilities and deliver end-to-end sales execution—from origination to close—to increase Fiserv’s market share across the region.
What you'll do:
Prospect, originate, and close new enterprise opportunities with multinational clients inbounding into APAC.
Drive revenue growth by expanding wallet share through Fiserv’s global relationships and cross‑regional capabilities.
Build and manage senior client relationships across global organizations to understand business priorities, technical requirements, and APAC market needs.
Execute a disciplined, pipeline‑driven sales strategy with clear prioritization, forecasting, and deal cycle management.
Lead end‑to‑end sales execution for complex enterprise deals, including cross‑border stakeholder alignment, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration across sales, product, implementation, legal, compliance, and operations to deliver client‑centric solutions and develop tailored commercial strategies.
Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitive dynamics to refine account strategies and identify growth opportunities within global enterprise accounts.
Experience you'll need to have:
5+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or account acquisition experience within payments, fintech, software, or related B2B solutions.
5+ years of business development and relationship management experience with global enterprise or multinational clients, navigating complex structures, cross‑border requirements, and multi‑stakeholder buying processes.
Proven track record managing complex sales cycles, including regional/global stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiations, and enterprise contract execution.
Relationship‑driven with a client‑first mindset; persistent, disciplined, and resilient in driving outcomes.
Highly motivated and results‑oriented, with strong ownership and accountability for revenue targets.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience selling payment acceptance, merchant acquiring, digital commerce, or enterprise software solutions to multinational organizations.
