Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serving as an expert in Caldera Medical’s product lines, you will lead the team in Canada and business partners in driving sales results and achieving desired growth objectives in new and existing accounts.
  • Recruit, select, train and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve quota and corporate goals.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly and yearly revenue and gross margins goals for Canada by acting directly with the assigned accounts and, by coaching and managing the Sales Team.
  • Negotiate and develop a solid network of solid stake holders, including hospitals, clinics, regulators, purchasing groups, market access players, industry scientific organizations within Canada.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key surgeons.
  • Provide strategic input for the VP International Sales. Identify and report on potential opportunities to promote sales growth
  • Additional duties may be assigned in support of business needs.
  • This position requires considerable travel – 50-60%.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be close to a well-connected airport and within 80kilometer-120kilometers from Thunderbay, Toronto, Montreal, Quebec, Mississauga, Winnipeg
  • Must have 4-year degree. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing a direct and indirect outside sales team.
  • Consistent performance exceeding sales quotas (documented stack rankings).
  • Must have proven solid experience and track record on Planning and Executing aligned with Corporate Strategy.
  • Solid knowledge of Market Access and Reimbursement of SUI & POP implants throughout the Public and Private Health System in Canada.

Nice to have:

  • Direct sales entities planning, opening and management.
  • Solid experience in Team Building processes in Canada.
  • Experience in Women’s Pelvic Health Solutions segment.
  • 10+ years of medical device experience in the OR surgical space.

Compensation

  • $100k-$130K (CAD) + variable compensation plan
  • Extended Health and Dental
  • RRSP Contribution
