Our client is a fast-growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) Advertising and Media Solutions company, currently seeking an experienced candidate to lead and scale their commercial operations.
- Design and implement B2B sales initiatives focused on SMEs and major clients within the media, advertising, and digital industries.
- Oversee and expand a high-performing sales team while taking responsibility for revenue objectives and client portfolio growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members in areas including client acquisition, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
- Organize and facilitate internal training programs aimed at strengthening overall team performance and capabilities.
- Establish and sustain strong partnerships with key clients and strategic stakeholders.
- Monitor sales outcomes, evaluate pipeline development, and deliver regular performance reports to the Sales Director.
- Contribute strategic recommendations to drive business development and support market expansion efforts.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a sales leadership role within the Advertising, Media, OOH, or Digital industries is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for this position.
- The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, with a strong passion for sales performance and team development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is highly preferred.
