Our client is a fast-growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) Advertising and Media Solutions company, currently seeking an experienced candidate to lead and scale their commercial operations.
- Develop and implement Prowtech’s overall commercial strategy and revenue growth plan
- Define sales objectives, track team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets across the sales function
- Identify emerging market opportunities to enhance Prowtech’s market presence and competitive advantage
- Manage, mentor, and expand a high-performing commercial team consisting of Sales Managers and Sales Executives
- Develop KPIs, evaluation processes, and coaching programs to strengthen sales capabilities and performance standards
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous development
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with leading brands, advertising agencies, and key strategic partners
- Lead complex negotiations, major client presentations, and large-scale enterprise deals
- Implement cross-selling and upselling initiatives across Prowtech’s media solutions portfolio
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver effective client solutions and market campaigns
- Provide commercial perspectives and recommendations to support product enhancement and service innovation
- Ensure sales activities and objectives remain aligned with the company’s broader strategic direction
- Deliver regular sales updates, market analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and budget allocation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within the Media, Advertising, Digital, or OOH industries
- Well-established network with advertising agencies, brand marketing teams, and enterprise-level clients
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding high-performing commercial teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational and execution skills
- Professional attitude with strong leadership presence and management capability
