About the role

This role is responsible for our EST/TVOD revenue globally, as part of the Global Home Entertainment team. They will be focused on driving sales, securing promotional opportunities, building relationships with our 3rd party retail partners, and building our international presence. In collaboration with the Director of Sales, our Content Operations Team, and our territory sales leads, this role will develop release schedules, promotional programs, ensure on-time delivery and help Crunchyroll maximize the transactional digital business.

  • You will manage release schedules, pricing, content placement, asset delivery, and retail relationships for the EST / TVOD business, globally
  • You will deliver forecasts, revenue reporting, and sales goals in partnership with the Sales Analyst monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • You will review and understand all content agreements for EST rights, timing, and exploitation opportunities
  • You will create and execute EST / TVOD retail promotions and find new sales opportunities to drive revenue
  • You will manage all metadata, video, and caption assets, in partnership with Content Operations, for all retail partners, including tracking delivery and communications on asset needs for SimulDub next-day content, catalog content, backfill, and new releases
  • You will partner with the Director of Sales to negotiate retail agreements, partner with Accounting on royalty payments, and work closely with Sales and Acquisitions on licensor reporting, questions, and presentations
  • You will partner with territory sales leads and Sony International to increase release schedule and revenue in all territories
