JOB TITLE: Sales Team Lead

OUR HOME: Alleviate has a 30,000 Sq foot headquarters based out of Irvine, CA. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Orange County’s booming business and finance district. Our state-of-the-art office has 2 designer living rooms, 2 cafes, a meditation room, fully equipped workstations, and a free fitness center. COMPENSATION:

  • $80,000 total compensation (salary base of $65k + bonuses)

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

The Sales Team Lead plays a key role in the daily oversight of a Sales team of 15-20 agents, offering training, coaching, and development to agents on their assigned team.

  • Oversee the activity and performance of a sales team

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products 

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team targets 

  • Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members to enhance their skills in areas such as client education, objection handling, and product knowledge 

  • Monitor the performance of sales representatives through regular call reviews, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing feedback for improvement 

  • Ensure that sales agents receive education and coaching with regards to compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those related to debt settlement practices as needed 

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, trends, and forecasts 

  • Address any issues or challenges that arise within the sales team or with clients in a timely and effective manner 

  • Collaborate with other departments such as servicing and operations to streamline processes and improve overall business performance 

  • Convene with Sales Trainer to identify which sales employees are in need of ongoing training to improve performance 

  • Acquire appropriate staff by interviewing and selecting potential sales employees

  • Monitor attendance and work activity of sales employees, reports related concerns to the Human Resources Department as needed 

  • Collaborate with Senior Management, HR, and Talent Acquisition to help build a sales culture that is aligned with company values 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of debt settlement required 
  • 1+ years of debt settlement sales experience 
  • Previous experience that is reflective of leadership skills, and a desire to grow in this area

Job Type: Full-time 

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday 
Location: Irvine, CA - 5 days per week in office
