Now, to further grow our footprint, we are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager who can help us expand our business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
As a Sales Manager, you will introduce our solutions, and products to well-reputed enterprises and the region’s most exciting and fastest-growing digital natives. You will build on our existing partnerships with C-level executives and develop new relationships with business unit leaders. As a Sales Manager you will work hand in hand with the Google Cloud team to expand our footprint in the region with converting leads and scaling existing customers.
Your role will include
- Comprehending the requirements of customers, and establishing strategic partnerships with fresh key accounts in the Corporate and Enterprise sectors while fostering long-lasting relationships across various stakeholder tiers, including top-level executives. The primary goal is to offer top-notch customer experience and deliver a comprehensive cloud journey.
- Fostering robust connections within the designated portfolio, as well as cultivating a hands-on relationship with the Google Account Team and Management in the specified portfolio and geographic region.
- Expanding the presence of underdeveloped accounts within the current or past customer portfolio to facilitate the growth of service, reselling, and product revenue streams. Collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing, Project Managers, Architects, Customer Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Account Sponsors to ensure timely and effective customer engagement. The goal is to match customers with the appropriate individuals at the optimal moments to increase the customer experience and efficiently allocate our internal resources in line with the "the right people in the right place" strategy.
- Assuming full responsibility for the assigned portfolio, encompassing aspects such as NPS, pipeline management, revenue generation, and resource allocation within the DACH region
- Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the CRM and other internal tools, ensuring that revenue and customer income data are current and precise
- Building up and maintaining connections within Google stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction with smooth collaboration with Google.
You will need
- 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on client relationships, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To have consistently exceeded customer expectations and been performance driven.
- Expertise in solution selling, particularly in B2B corporate/enterprise IT and Cloud sector.
- Understanding of cloud, data, and AI technologies, able to articulate their business benefits and offer competitive advantages.
- To be self-motivated and proactive in identifying business opportunities and achieving commercial goals independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German for effective client interactions, and fluency in conveying complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Commitment to staying updated on technology trends and industry developments.
- To be a collaborative team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to optimize G2M strategies and processes.
- Dedication to building long-term customer relationships.
- Skill in creating executive presentations and negotiating to close deals in complex scenarios.
