Sales Manager - DACH (Agency Sales)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support and grow our presence across the DACH media agency landscape. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

You will take ownership of key agency accounts, develop new business opportunities, and help expand our position in the market. The role reports to the Agency Sales Lead – DACH.

Your role

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of media agencies across the DACH region (e.g. Omnicom Media Group, WPP Media, Publicis Media)
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders such as Heads of AV, Investment Leads, and media planners/buyers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with the Client Direct Sales team to unlock strategic, long-term partnerships
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into tailored media and partnership solutions
  • Lead pitches, support negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth through successful campaign execution and rebookings
  • Continuously improve sales processes to support quarterly objectives
  • Share insights and best practices with global sales teams

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in media sales within the DACH ecosystem (media agency or sales house preferred)
  • Solid understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, and the DACH media landscape
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience selling digital products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Effective negotiation and contract management skills
  • Interest in sports marketing, football, and digital trends is a plus
  • Proactive mindset, collaborative approach, and a positive attitude
