Key Responsibilities
- Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
- Utilize warm leads to develop and maintain a book of business
- Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
- Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals
- Close sales with customers in the home
- Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- 3-5 years of experience within crawl space repair or related industry
- An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and company growth
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
