As a CPQ Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sales in a territory that may cover several countries in Western Europe.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial calls to creating detailed quotes and product demonstrations to negotiations and, of course, closing the deal! You will work remotely and travel to customers and partners.

What will you be doing?

  • You will manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying sales opportunities to closing deals.
  • You will coordinate customized and pre-built pre-sales demonstrations for partners and end users.
  • You will work closely with the Partner Manager, MS Alliance Director, and marketing team to build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing partners in your territory.
  • You will participate in trade shows and conferences.
  • You will follow up on direct inbound sales opportunities.
  • You generate referrals and other business activities to create demand in your sales territory.
  • Focus on the NORDIC territory and explore business development in your territory.

Who are you?

You have experience in strategic sales, are full of energy, and enjoy working with different stakeholders, cultures, and personalities. You also have a passion for building external relationships with potential partners/individuals. This is a prerequisite for this position. You have excellent communication skills and love to see the best in others. You are communicative, ambitious, eager to learn, and adapt well to new environments.

Required skills and experience

  • Over 3 years of experience in SaaS software sales. This is an essential requirement for this position. Applicants without experience in complex sales processes/sales methods will not be considered.
  • Proven experience in closing deals directly
  • Quantified ARR results with demonstrable successes
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one sales process
  • Strong business analysis skills and functional experience, including requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of the MS Dynamics and/or Salesforce ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets even when working from home.
  • Ability to understand and gather information about customer requirements.
  • Ability to run multiple sales projects simultaneously and close deals.
  • Experience in preparing customer proposals.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions to C-level executives, sales, and marketing.
  • Travel required, consisting of collaborating with sales staff, attending business meetings, industry meetings, or working with key customers.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English. A second language (Dutch or Nordic language) would be an advantage.
