The Opportunity
The Sales Manager – Low Voltage Capacitors is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and profitability of LV capacitor products and power quality solutions across assigned regions and key accounts. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, coordinating with channel partners, and working closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams.
How you’ll make an impact
- Drive revenue growth for low voltage capacitors and associated power quality solutions across industrial, commercial, utility, OEM, and EPC segments.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with annual business targets.
- Identify and develop new customers, applications, and market segments (e.g., manufacturing, infrastructure, renewables, data centers).
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, techno‑commercial discussions, negotiations, order closure, and collections support.
- Appoint, manage, and develop channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
- Establish strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, utilities, OEMs, and panel builders.
- Support partners with product training, joint customer visits, and opportunity conversion.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Provide inputs for product positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer seminars to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies on pricing, margins, contracts, and credit control.
- Support collection efforts to improve cash flow and reduce overdue receivables.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 8–12 years of experience in sales of LV electrical products, preferably capacitors, power quality, switchgear, or automation systems
- Proven track record in B2B / project sales and channel management
- Experience working with industrial customers, utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and consultants
- Strong understanding of low voltage capacitors, APFC panels, harmonics, and power factor correction
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value propositions
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Achievement of sales and margin targets
- Growth in market share and new account acquisition
- Channel partner performance and effectiveness
- Accuracy of sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
