Sales Manager – Cotino™ | A Storyliving by Disney™ Community
At Cotino™, a Storyliving by Disney™ community, we are creating more than homes, we are creating a lifestyle inspired by the magic of Disney storytelling, connection, and belonging. The Sales Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while representing one of the most innovative residential communities in the world.
This role leads a team of sales professionals responsible for guiding prospective residents through a consultative and lifestyle-focused buying journey. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader, exceptional storyteller, and sales strategist who can inspire teams, build relationships, and help guests envision a future life at Cotino, not simply purchase a home.

Collaborate on inventory management, pricing strategies, product positioning, and buyer experience initiatives.
