Job Description

The Sales Manager – Corporate will be responsible for driving corporate business and revenue growth for Ciel Dubai Marina by developing strong relationships with companies, corporate travel partners, event planners, and key business accounts. The role will identify new business opportunities, retain existing clients, and position the hotel as a preferred destination for corporate stays, meetings, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and property inspections.
  • Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and business agreements in line with hotel guidelines.
  • Promote the hotel’s accommodation, meeting, conference, dining, and event facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account production, and client information.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, Events, and Marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and corporate travel developments.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, sales missions, and industry functions.
  • Ensure a smooth handover and exceptional service delivery for corporate clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Support the achievement of guest satisfaction, profitability, and overall hotel objectives.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and applicable regulations.
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai corporate and business-travel market.
  • Existing relationships with corporate accounts, travel management companies, and event agencies is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development and account-management capabilities.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales or CRM systems.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to attend client meetings, networking events, and business functions outside regular office hours.

Skills Required
