Position Overview:
SnappyCX is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of approximately 10 sales professionals within our client’s roofing and construction renovation company. The ideal candidate should have a background in roofing or construction, be proficient in estimating projects, and Xactimate Level 2 certified or higher. You will play a key role in managing sales operations while acting as a liaison with insurance personnel to facilitate timely and accurate claim resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Review and assist in the preparation of accurate job estimates using Xactimate.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and other personnel to negotiate claims and collect payments efficiently,
- Support sales team members with strategies for closing deals and resolving customer or insurance-related issues.
- Ensure timely followups on claims and maintain thorough documentation of all interactions.
- Coordinate with project managers and estimators to align project scopes with insurance approvals.

Required Qualifications:
- Xactimate Certification (Level 2 or higher) is required
- Experience in roofing, construction, or renovation industries
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales leadership or management experience
- Ability to create accurate and detailedproject estimates.
- Prior experience managing sales teams in theconstruction or insurance industries
- Skilled at negotiating and communicating with insurance personnel to help collect payments promptly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote and target-driven environment.
- Clear and easily understandable accent (no geographical preference).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
