<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager of Commercial who will manage a team of Account Executives responsible for selling Fivetran products across various industries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strategic vision, and the drive to improve team performance. They should also be capable of achieving exceptional business results while continuously developing their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the team to generate pipeline, close revenue, and attain individual and organizational quotas.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Drive revenue growth and achieve predictable forecasting through effective sales management.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coach and mentor AEs on sales process, providing consistent feedback and reviewing deals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage pipeline development and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate effectively and collaborate with senior leadership to align on sales strategy and achieve company goals.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.</span></li>
