Our Sales teams play a central role in expanding Wolt’s ecosystem of merchant solutions. As we continue to launch new cities, products, and services, we’re scaling our Commerce Platform - including Storefront, Wolt Drive, and a suite of emerging business development initiatives that enable merchants to leverage their own brand, operate more efficiently, reach new customers, and build stronger digital experiences.
What you’ll be doingAs a Commerce Platform Sales Manager, you will drive the end-to-end sales and solution design process across multiple Commerce Platform products. This is not a one-size-fits-all sales role: you’ll work closely with partners to diagnose their needs, shape fitting setups, and help them unlock the full value of our platform. A solid commercial instinct paired with a technical mindset will serve you well, enabling you to translate product capabilities into impactful deal making. You’ll develop strong pipelines, nurture relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure long-term partner success, helping to shape one of Wolt’s newest and fastest-growing business segments.
- Own the sales process: Lead the full sales cycle by identifying and acquiring new Wolt Storefront and Wolt Drive partners across industries - from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Enable internal teams: Equip SMB and Key Account Managers to confidently pitch, sell, and support Commerce platform solutions by offering strategic guidance and best practices throughout onboarding and beyond.
- Account management: Manage and grow existing partnerships through performance reviews, structured analysis, and continuous optimisation. You turn insights into action and opportunities into long-term growth.
- Champion operational excellence: Partner with product, operations, and support teams to resolve issues, enhance partner experience, and contribute to ongoing product and process improvements.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys turning opportunities into partnerships.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills - able to interpret metrics, assess pricing models, and define KPIs.
- Interest in e-commerce, last-mile delivery, or logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
