This person will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and driving sales teams to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and nurture a team of sales professionals to overachieve on revenue targets
- Drive Blueflame’s sales initiatives and coverage model across designated teams through point-ofsale coaching and real time feedback
- Guide team account strategy and execution plans
- Support teams in career growth and developmental opportunities
- Analyze and interpret data to establish trends and drive calculated sales behavior
- Work directly with team to ensure key performance metrics and goals are achieved
- Partner with Sales Engineers and BDRs to support the development and delivery of sales training programs, including new hire on-boarding, continuous learning, product training, and skills workshops
- Complete weekly pipeline forecasting, identifying all risks to Blueflame's bottom line
- Work closely with Finance during compensation and incentive planning periods
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales effectively ▪ Write and deliver year end reviews
- Interview and evaluate potential new hires
- Partner with other business units to drive adoption in key accounts
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the company’s client success and product teams, to enhance the customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry
- 3-6 years experience selling SaaS products to private markets, hedge fund, or investment banking clients
- Experience motivating team members, and or individuals, to achieve performance goals in either a direct leadership capacity or peer capacity Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally to promote collaboration and transparency across the organization Competence in sales-related systems, such as HubSpot CRM, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams/Zoom, Workday etc.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think calmly and creatively under pressure
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, supporting strategic thinking and effective communication in sales management

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 and includes a commission plan for an expected total compensation target at goal of 2x base salary. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to a base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package.
