The role: Sales Manager, Big-box accounts

We are seeking a Sales Manager to represent our collective luxury brands within major big-box accounts such as Costco, BJ’s, and Amazon. This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced sales leader to elevate the presence of these iconic brands within both traditional retail and e-commerce channels. You will be responsible for securing prime placements, driving sales growth, and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Seattle, WA, US, with approximately 25%-40% travel and reports to our Sr. Sales Director. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home while engaging directly with customers, focusing on driving business growth, securing placements for our luxury brands, and making an immediate impact within the marketplace.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive strategic sales growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to secure placements and enhance the presence of our luxury brands in big-box accounts and on Amazon
  • Build and strengthen relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships by understanding their needs and delivering solutions that reflect the luxury and craftsmanship of our brands
  • Execute sales strategies: Take charge from day one, identifying and capitalizing on high-priority opportunities, from new product categories to key promotional initiatives, ensuring brand alignment and growth
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans that align with overarching goals
  • Represent luxury brands: Attend sales shows and key customer meetings, representing the legacy of our brands and ensuring they continue to lead as icons of luxury, design, and innovation
  • Analyze and forecast: Provide precise sales forecasts, track performance, and ensure that targets are met while offering senior leadership insightful updates on progress and emerging opportunities

Who you are:

  • Luxury sales expert: With 5-7 years of experience in wholesale luxury goods, you have a proven ability to build lasting relationships and drive substantial sales within big-box retail and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon
  • Strategic leader: You excel at developing and executing sophisticated sales strategies, balancing both short-term objectives and long-term growth, with a clear focus on results
  • Customer-focused: You are adept at understanding the intricate needs of your clients, delivering personalized solutions that align with both their goals and the luxury values of our brands
  • Collaborative leader: You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across departments and optimizing resources to drive success
  • Results-driven: You have a history of consistently exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to analyze data, provide accurate forecasts, and adapt strategies to achieve sustained growth
  • Language skills: You are fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
