Sales Manager Benelux
Role Overview:
Huntsman Building Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager for the Benelux region. This is a home office-based role, with a preference for candidates residing in Belgium. The position offers an exciting opportunity to drive regional business growth, manage customer relationships, and meet sales targets in the building materials industry.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategic development, budget delivery, and providing comprehensive technical, commercial, and marketing support. The role also involves expanding the contractor network, conducting site trials, and maintaining strong communication with customers' technical and production force.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels and providing expert sales and technical support.
- Take ownership of sales targets, achieving monthly volume, value, and margin goals.
- Support the growth of HBS’ contractor network by identifying new customers and expanding market share.
- Create opportunities for HBS contractors by getting products specified in construction projects
- Develop, submit and implement regional sales and marketing strategy, including trade shows, seminars, trainings and work with consultant’s network.
- Collaborate with the technical department to ensure contractors are properly trained and work in compliance with safety standards.
- Be instrumental in the launch of new products and gather feedback from on-site product trials to support ongoing product development.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, credit management, and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales development within the building materials industry, preferably in sectors such as drywall, insulation, air conditioning, heating systems, ventilation, or fire-resistant materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of business operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ambition to drive growth.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Proven experience working with international companies.
- Fluency in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
