Your impact
- Lead from the field: spend substantial time traveling with the team, attending customer meetings, supporting cases, and actively shaping commercial execution
- Lead, coach, and develop a strong and experienced sales team across the Benelux region through hands-on coaching, feedback, and role modeling
- Define and execute the regional commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager UK & Benelux, translating strategic priorities into concrete actions at account and hospital level and ensuring alignment of targets and execution across markets
- Drive market development and successful product launches across the Peripheral Vascular portfolio through direct customer engagement
- Act as a case support expert, guiding complex discussions and demonstrating best practices in clinical and commercial settings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, purchasing groups, and distributors, personally engaging with key accounts
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical, Market Development, and Market Access teams to ensure alignment between strategy and field execution
- Monitor business performance using data and insights, adjusting priorities quickly and pragmatically based on market reality
What you bring
- University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Peripheral Vascular, Neurovascular or Cardiology within the MedTech industry
- Minimum 2 years proven leadership experience with direct sales teams and indirect networks, ideally in a regional or multi-country setup
- Strong background in field-based sales execution, case support, and customer-facing leadership
- Demonstrated success in market development, product launches, and premium sales environments
- Solid understanding of market access, tender management, and reimbursement, particularly within the Benelux region
- A hands-on, pragmatic leadership style — comfortable being in the field, leading cases, and coaching on the spot
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills combined with decisive execution
- Leadership maturity shown through clear communication, resilience, and composure under pressure
- Fluent Dutch required, French a strong plus
- Fluent English (CV required in English)
