Join us in Kraków as a Sales Manager, where you will execute market‑specific sales plans, strengthen relationships with trade partners, and accelerate revenue growth through disciplined implementation, continuous market engagement, and a hands‑on commercial approach.

You will support Costa’s growth in Poland by executing data‑driven sales strategies that strengthen partner relationships and expand market presence. Working with PSAs, OTAs, Travel Agency Networks and Tour Operators, you will identify new business opportunities through analytical market assessment and ensure consistent execution of commercial activities across the assigned area.


Sales Execution & Business Development
You will implement country‑specific sales activities aligned with regional objectives. You will identify and develop new business opportunities across GSA, PSA, Tour Operator and Cruise Specialist channels, providing clear commercial guidance and anticipating which products and solutions best fit the region.


Full Sales Cycle & Account Management
You will manage the full commercial process, from acquisition to contract and group negotiation. As the primary contact for local trade partners, you will strengthen long‑term relationships to ensure partner retention and satisfaction.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting
You will track and analyze account performance metrics, monitor sales results, and prepare activity reports that support decision‑making and the continuous improvement of commercial effectiveness.


Cross‑Functional & Regional Collaboration
You will work closely with Sales and International Key Account Managers to adopt best practices, secure strategic positioning, and ensure alignment with regional leadership and company strategy. You will provide partners with strategic guidelines and tailored solutions. Collaboration with the Sales Planning team will be essential for accurate forecasting, optimal resource allocation, and the execution of market development initiatives.


Trade Engagement & Representation

You will deliver training sessions, presentations, webinars and fam trips for Travel Advisors. You will represent Costa at trade events, customer initiatives, fairs and industry conferences to ensure strong market presence.


Market, Product & Marketing Strategy Support
You will monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying risks and opportunities. You will support the optimization of marketing investments through ROI analysis and collaborate with Trade Marketing to design targeted co‑marketing initiatives. You will contribute to product positioning by anticipating regional needs and recommending actions that maximize commercial impact. You will demonstrate strong self‑management in planning, prioritization and execution.



What makes you unique

3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles within travel, tourism, hospitality, cruise, or other fast‑paced commercial environments.


A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Tourism, or a related field.


Strong understanding of travel industry distribution, partner business models, and commercial dynamics.


Hands‑on expertise in sales execution, negotiation, performance tracking, and promotional activation.


Native language: Polish. Fluency in English is essential


Proactivity, commercial mindset, resilience, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and activities simultaneously.


A collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to daily commercial operations.

Salary Range: 160.000-205.000 PLN based on skills and professional experience and individual incentive scheme.

Skills Required
