Sales Manager Job Responsibilities
- Structure and desk deals for both new and used vehicle inventory in a timely and professional manner
- Verify deal structures and ensure the accuracy of all paperwork and lending requirements
- Obtain proper documentation and signatures for all vehicle sales and trade-in acquisitions
- Maintain sales schedules and communicate effectively with the Finance and Sales Departments regarding deal status or issues
- Assist with managing and maintaining inventory levels and display standards when not desking deals
- Perform routine trade-in appraisals to ensure vehicles are accurately valued and in safe operating condition
- Follow all dealership policies and legal compliance standards while structuring financial contracts
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Tonkin Family of Dealerships in a professional manner at all times
- Support the Sales and Finance Teams with additional tasks as needed to maintain smooth daily operations
Automotive Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits
The Sales Manager position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:
- Annual compensation, which varies based on experience between $100,000 to
