Then come and join our great team of Air Pollution Control Engineers! We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop Air Pollution Control business in India and neighboring countries.

Role

You will use your professional relationships, technical knowledge, and sales & analytical skills to provide value, advice, and support for your defined customer base. You will increase customer awareness of our products and services to drive opportunities and increase revenue. The position offers a great opportunity to work with key regional customers and internal FLS departments to provide value-adding solutions to our customers and grow the business together.


Your responsibilities

  • Meet with Key regional customers and build long term business relationships.

  • Act as the primary customer contact, building and maintaining strong relationships known for excellent customer service.

  • Provide input for development of client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts.

  • Participate in the proposal phase with technical assistance, process evaluation, equipment specifications

  • Propose and implement sales strategies to increase market share; build value propositions and ROI to differentiate, estimations, and analysis within important project stakeholders. the offering.

  • Consult with customers on equipment operations, replacement requirements and FLSmidth execution requirements.

  • Complete regular entries and updates in CRM application to include contacts, appointments and opportunities and account plans.

  • Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective clients.

  • Ensure all projects meet or exceed sales objectives and budgets.

  • Collaborate in comprehensive matrix organization providing effective collaboration with Service Sales and functional project stakeholders involvement.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

Experience

10+ years’ experience in Air pollution control equipment sales within Cement, Mining and Paper industries.
