Designs and develops employee learning programs in alignment with organizational goals and training needs. Conducts assessments and analyses to identify new development needs and recommend new training methods.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Manages the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of learning programs. Tracks employee performance and measures training outcomes.
- Conducts needs analyses and translates business requirements into defined training needs. Determines the scope, audience, timing, delivery method, and resource requirements for trainings.
- Partners with leadership to identify process trends that support associates and drive organizational consistency.
- Works with associates and managers to ensure that learned knowledge and skills are transferred to the job.
- Reviews, edits, and maintains trainings, standard operating procedures, job aids, and other strategic tools and resources.
- Delivers learning communications, including monthly newsletters, process updates, and technology announcements.
- Creates development standards, processes, and templates to produce consistent and quality instructional materials.
- Participates in associate trainings as needed.

Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
