As a Sales Lead, Level V, you will play a central role in the management and development of our Strategic Customer portfolio. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and coordinating between different departments to ensure optimal customer service. In addition to core responsibilities, this role includes guiding a team to ensure operational excellence and professional development.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identify their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed set objectives, identify and prospect new potential customers.
